Obesity - Discover the Actions You Must Take to Avoid It.

Firstly, you must know how excess weight becomes obese.

A definition of each :People are overweight when they have more fat on their bodies than is healthy for them . This is mainly because so many people take the car or public transport to get anywhere. They take little exercise and most eat much more food than their body needs. Often consumed food is not very healthy either .


In many cases be driven on being overweight obese because their weight increases , their ability to move quickly decreases. Either because they are depressed not being able to move or perhaps because the only thing they can do now is eat, they start eating more. Adding even more fat in their bodies.Now obesity occurs when the amount of fat that has accumulated in the body begins to go beyond just being a disadvantage. People's health begins to deteriorate . This can lead to heart disease and diabetes and can possibly shorten their life expectancy.It is now generally accepted that people who are obese apple-shaped , ie having an excessive accumulation of fat around the middle are at particular risk of developing dangerous diseases. But all kinds of obesity are dangerous.


The most important thing you need to do as your size increases is to consult your doctor or nurse and get advice on measures to prevent the onset of obesity.I realize , however, that you can be one of the many people for whom this is something that , for whatever reason , they are reluctant to do so.So what is the best thing ?Well, it will take time . There really is no quick fix . But you can get your body in shape .It is not inevitable that you will become obese, even if your family has a history of obesity. But you must be willing to work hard to change your lifestyle.


Obesity develops from:• boost• irregular meals• Lack of physical activity daily .This is why obesity has tripled since 1980 , while only 6 percent of men and 8 percent of women were obese.As I mentioned earlier, lifestyles have changed rapidly since the 1980s . The availability of energy density ( fat and sugar ) convenience foods and car journeys replacing walks to work and school have been responsible for these changes in lifestyle .You do not need a special or specific "diet" or a unique training program . You need to change the way you live every day of your life from now on .But I'll describe how you can do it easily and without fear of falling to the way you were the necessary changes. 


Operating a thing against you from the start is that your body hates change . As soon as you start to make rapid changes to the way you eat and start exercising more , your body starts to resist so he could maintain the " status quo."So, you must be a little tricky and fool your body into believing that no change takes place.Now , there are two kinds of change you have to do ; 
(1) The changes to your eating habits
(2) Changing the amount of activity you do.

In the same way that you need a map or a plan when you go on a trip in the car, you need a plan to follow for your land shaped living , healthy and slim. So there.Your plan to be fit, healthy and slimFirst make two lists.Do not let these lists. I'll point you in the right direction so that you can much easier than it may seem at this moment! 

(1) Make a list of what you will change what you eat.
(A) Eat more fruit.

 ( B) Eat more vegetables 
(C) Eat more fish 
(D) You have less on your plate at every meal 
(E) Start eating 5 small meals a day

(2) Make a list of activities that you do. 

(A) Walk more
(B) Move pool
(C) Go for a run
(D) Do weightlifting 
(E) do interval training . 

Anyway , for the first week chose a small thing or another list to change . For example, you can choose to eat for the first week a piece of fruit every day. You see this change is so small that you can trick your body into thinking you're not much different from normal and indeed it is true, is not it? Your body will ignore the change!In the following week, continue with the change in the first week and introduce a small change in the other list. For example, you can add a small daily walk to the end of the road (and back !) . 

Keep your small changes , day after day, week after week, month after month. Soon you will have spent six months and you have changed your lifestyle so much. During this time , your body will not notice because the changes were so small.Now, for the most part.You remember that your body hates change and you have to fool yourself into thinking that there were no changes occur.Now it will be in your favor.
